Friends for several years, Lisa and Chris decided to combine their love for fitness and hip-hop to create a brand-new, high-energy bootcamp inspired by the moves and beats that drive their workouts daily. 

The native Angeleno (Lisa) and Philly transplant (Chris) draw upon their diverse backgrounds in sports performance, personal training, and group fitness to offer a cross-functional, full-body workout that incorporates boxing, HIIT, strength training, cardio, and flexibility for optimal results. 

Embodying the best of east coast and west coast styles and staying true to their "work hard play hard" ethos, this class is meant to be just as fun as it is athletic. Lisa and Chris push their students to work hard, unleash their inner strength, and take their fitness to the next level.
